Attorney Earle Giovanniello is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Michigan Law School. A former state and federal prosecutor, Mr. Giovanniello is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits; the Federal District Courts for the District of Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York; and state courts in Connecticut and New York State.
Mr. Giovanniello, a former adjunct lecturer at the University of New Haven, has over 30 years experience representing a broad range of individuals and companies. He is currently the HUD foreclosure commissioner for the State of Connecticut.
Anthony Carbone is an experianced legal assistant and a graduate of Branford Hall's Paralegal Training Program. He has been at the firm since 2009. Mr. Carbone provides essential support in our real estate, bankruptcy, and collection practices.
